Passion, delight, Organ…three unique words of French language to change the type: masculine singular, they are feminine in plural. What more beautiful vocabulary to underline the spiritual dimension and the actions of the Servants of Mary, guardians throughout the years, and messengers around the world, of the work of their Good Father Founder, Father Louis-Edouard Cestac.
Respectful of a historical and rich patrimony, the Servants of Mary dedicate their energy and resources to its constant protection. Thus, the big organ Wenner Maille of the chapel of Our Lady of Refuge, more than one century after its blessing (18th December 1898, by Bishop Francois Antoine Jauffret, bishop of Bayonne and after different modifications done throughout years and according to the models, was inaugurated on 17th August 2017, after an important lifting of 10 months by Pellerin & Uys workshop.
Also, it is with love that the Servants of Mary organized the inauguration of the restorated Organ, in order to share a musical delight orchestrated by master Thomas Ospital, young talented organist Basque of international reputation, in front of a crowd of friends of the Congregation.
