HOLY WEEK, A TIME OF GRACE TO OPEN THE DOORS OF OUR HEARTS

05/03/2024 | Agenda - News

Open up and get out, that's what we're asked to do...

After Palm Sunday, we enter Holy Week with our live and its ambiguities, and even with all of Creation, which is also associated with the joy of the Resurrection. Let us receive the new life that can truly transform us.

"Holy Week is a time of grace, let's not forget it, it's a time of grace that the Lord gives us to open the doors of our hearts...

Opening up and going out, that's what we are asked to do during Holy Week, to open our hearts and go out to meet Jesus and others, but also to bring the light and joy of our faith.

Always go out! And to do it with love and with God's tenderness, with respect and patience, knowing that we are putting our hands, our feet and our hearts into it, but that it is God who guides us and shows us the way." - Pope François
