EHPAD MARIAMA: LOCKDOWN, UNLOCKDOWN...

Did you say "containment", "deconfinement"? 

Here are two words which were not familiar to us until a few months ago…

The "Coronavirus" has also disturbed the residents of Mariama.

Thanks to everyone's effort, we left it at the door (let's hope it stays there); inside the Institution, there was a wave of changes: isolation, meals in rooms, regulation in walking, that too alone, neither any visits nor any outside workers, closure of chapel and, of course, " the distance"...

Difficult period for everyone, management, staff, residents... with the obligation to adapt as the instructions flow in!

With the announcement of deconfinement, regained the hope; gradually, the doors were opened, we met again, the animation re-started... everyone readjusted!

But, beware! Let's keep the barrier gestures, let's admit a very very progressive deconfinement!
